Absolutely. Before any commitment we talk — by video or over a coffee. You should feel comfortable with us before we stand in the room on your most important day.

Very. Our camera is small and usually sits on a slim tripod. We work without flash, without directing anyone, and without pulling you out of a moment. Most couples forget we are there after half an hour.

That is the normal case, not the exception. We plan in buffers and adapt. Your guests watching the stream see the current state, so nobody waits at a black screen.

Yes. In the planning call we agree together which moments matter and which areas stay private. If you say during the day that the camera should be off, it is off.

A power socket nearby and, for the livestream, a stable internet connection on site. We sort that out directly with your venue in good time, so you do not have to.

Yes. Your guests get a link and an access code — nothing more is needed. No account, no sign-up, no app.

Yes. Your page is not publicly findable and can only be opened with the access code. It appears in no search engine.

We bring our own connection as a fallback. Should everything fail regardless, the recording continues — your film is made independently of the stream.

A first short selection reaches you within a few days. The finished 360° film follows — exactly how long that takes is stated bindingly in your quote, rather than promised here.

You do. You may watch, share and keep it privately. We show nothing publicly without your explicit prior consent.

Yes. The released recordings are ready to download on your private wedding page.

At least twelve months. We get in touch in good time beforehand so you can save everything — and extend it if you wish.
